NO!
Rubbing alcohol is not at all the same as what is in alcoholic beverages. It can cause blindness or even death.
That doesnt sound like a very wise decision. Im almost positive that rubbing alcohol has ingredients in it that could cause you to get really sick if ingested.
You can ingest it but as the warning label states, you shouldn’t. It’s not the exact same as vodka, I’m sure you will get VERY sick by doing so.
No you cannot drink rubbing alcohol. Rubbing alcohol to be pure Ethyl Alcohol. This is little different than the 180 liquors like Everclear. It became popular for kids to buy it because it was cheap, there was no liquor tax on it, and there was no age limit. The government got wise to it, and put a stop to it. They made it so that rubbing alcohol, in its pure form, must be treated just like drinking alcohol. They mandated that to be sold like medicine they must include a chemical (I forget which one) that is not able to be consumed by humans. The only way you could drink it now is if you distill it to separate the alcohol from the chemical additive. That is why if you look on the bottle it always says like 98% alcohol by volume (or something like that). Do not drink it!
yes
Isopropyl alcohol can be very toxic to the human body when drunk in even small quantities. It is not at all like the ethanol found in vodka and other distilled spirits, or in beer or wine. DON’T DRINK IT!
